Jonathan Majors’ motion to try and toss his criminal charges and be dropped but was denied on Wednesday.

The latest paperwork came out and stated that the actor wanted to have the guilty judgment overturned but ended up getting denied by the judge.

This now leads to the sentencing date that was scheduled to take place next week will end up happening.

His sentencing date is scheduled for April 8th, and could face one year in prison if the judge does not decide on probation.
