Mariah Carey Wants ‘Primary Custody’ Of Twins With Ex Nick Cannon

According to RadarOnline.com, Mariah Carey is seeking primary custody of the twins, Morocco and Monroe, which she shares with her ex-husband Nick Cannon.

The move comes after Nick welcomed his 12th child into the world, Halo Marie, with Alyssa Scott.

The couple lost a son last year to brain cancer.

“The reality of the situation is that Monroe and Moroccan are usually with Mariah anyway. Nick doesn’t see much of them,” said a source, noting that he is a loving parent who tries to spend as much time with them as he can.

The source continued by saying, “But she wants to put him on notice that he can’t just flit in and out of their lives while he attends to his other children. And she wants legal standing as the twins’ primary caregiver.”

Do you think this is the right move?

Should Nick be penalized because he has other children?
