There has been more information released about DaniLeigh’s recent hit-and-run and DUI arrest in Miami Beach.

DaniLeigh was arrested after it was claimed that she was driving under the influence in a grey Mercedes Benz G550 when she hit a man on a moped and then continued.

DaniLeigh apparently refused to stop when police attempted to pull her over.

She wouldn’t pull over until the arresting officer repeatedly honked his horn at her.

The officer could immediately smell alcohol when he got close to the car.

DaniLeigh admitted to the police that she hadn’t had any drink and that she hadn’t hit a car.

Police found an empty open bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila after searching DaniLeigh’s car.

The victim of DaniLeigh’s strike was taken to a local hospital, where medical staff determined that he had non-life-threatening wounds, including a ruptured kidney and a shattered spine.

DaniLeigh has been accused of DUI property damage, fleeing the scene of an accident with significant bodily injury, and DUI.
